Refunds will not be issued for electronic media such as USB flash memory drives, dvd’s and cd’s that have been opened. All apparel and electronic media such as USB flash drives, dvd’s and cd’s that have not been opened and used may be exchanged for replacement within 7 days of purchase. All other items may be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of purchase but must be in like-new condition.
