On November 4, 2014, the Senate passed Bill C-36, ushering in prevention legislation that will become law by January 2015.  For all of you who signed petitions over the last couple years, thank you!


There is no longer a need to send in petitions for the Nordic Model or for Bill C-36 – their purpose has been achieved.


The law is a critical step in the movement to prevent sexual exploitation, but this issue is a complex one and there is plenty of work to do.
